Designing Better Systems for People and Planet
Francesca Lee (Founder)
My career began in law — advising businesses on commercial risk, compliance, governance and regulatory obligations. For over 20 years, I helped organisations understand how systems, policies and decisions create consequences: legal, operational, financial and human.
Over time, I realised something powerful.
The same principles that drive strong governance — clarity, transparency, accountability, and respect for stakeholders — are exactly the principles that sit at the heart of sustainability and social value.
That experience became a turning point in how I support organisations.
My focus is always the same: to help organisations gain climate literacy and practical skills to understand sustainability risks in governance design — not as an aspiration, but as a climate literacy muscle that infiltrates decisions they make.. To do this, training has to be tailored and innovative.
