My career began in law — advising businesses on commercial risk, compliance, governance and regulatory obligations. For over 20 years, I helped organisations understand how systems, policies and decisions create consequences: legal, operational, financial and human.

Over time, I realised something powerful.

The same principles that drive strong compliance — clarity, transparency, accountability, and respect for stakeholders — are exactly the principles that sit at the heart of sustainability and social value.

That experience became a turning point in how I support organisations.

My focus is always the same: to help organisations design systems where people and the planet can prosper together — not as an aspiration, but as a daily practice. To do this, I have also been creating training and courses for businesses and lawyers.

Because when we centre respect in the way we operate, everything else becomes possible.
